Please read the rules carefully before booking an appointment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to the salon’s rules and policy.
YAYI’S HAIRSALON RULES & CONDITIONS
PREPARATION
Please wash and brush your hair before your appointment.
If the hair is not brushed, an additional €10 will be charged.
If the hair is also not washed, an additional €35 will be charged for the wash and blow-dry service.
⚠️No treatments will be carried out on unwashed hair.
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments can only be made through the booking website.
A 30% deposit is required.
You may reschedule your appointment only once, and it must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash after the appointment (please bring the exact amount).
Deposits are non-refundable.
For appointments outside opening hours, an extra €20 will be charged.
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a credit equal to your deposit, valid for 3 months.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be lost.
After 3 consecutive cancellations, you will no longer be able to book at the salon.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment (but not earlier).
Notify us if you are running late.
15 minutes late: a €10 fee will apply.
20 minutes late or more: your appointment will be automatically cancelled, counted as a NO SHOW, and you will be required to pay 75% of the total service cost.
NO SHOW
If you do not show up for your appointment, you are required to pay 75% of the total service amount.
After 2 consecutive no-shows, you will no longer be accepted at the salon.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Once the hairstyle is completed, please check on-site if everything meets your expectations. After you leave, no adjustments can be made.
If you are allergic to certain products or hair extensions, please mention this when booking (and specify which ones). Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible. Notify us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

IMAGES & MEDIA
By booking an appointment, you agree that photos or videos may be taken during your presence in the salon.
If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform me or a staff member before the service begins.
