Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

 

HAIR PREPARATION

 

Please arrive with your hair clean, washed and fully detangled.

 

If your hair is not properly detangled, an additional €10 fee will be charged.

 

⚠️ No services will be carried out on unwashed hair.

For the time being, Yayi’s Hairsalon does not yet offer a hair washing service. Please arrive with your hair clean, washed and properly prepared before your appointment.

 

 

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

 

Appointments can be booked through the booking website.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.

 

⚠️ All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will not be refunded in cash or to your original payment method. Instead, you will receive a credit/voucher for the full amount of your deposit, valid for 3 months, which can be used towards a future appointment.

 

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be completely forfeited and cannot be converted into credit.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash after your appointment. Please bring the exact amount whenever possible.

 

Appointments requested outside regular opening hours are subject to an additional €30 fee.

 

RESCHEDULING

 

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Your deposit will then be transferred to your new appointment.

A second rescheduling of the same appointment is not permitted.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit remains non-refundable but will be converted into a credit/voucher for the same amount, valid for 3 months.

This credit can be used towards a future service at Yayi’s Hairsalon.

 

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

After 3 consecutive cancellations, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Yayi’s Hairsalon.

 

LATE ARRIVAL

 

Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your appointment, but not earlier.

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible.

15 minutes late: an additional €10 fee will apply.

20 minutes late or more: your appointment will automatically be cancelled and considered a NO SHOW.

In this case, 75% of the total service price will be due. Any deposit already paid will be deducted from this amount.

 

NO SHOW

 

If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, 75% of the total service price will be due.

Any deposit already paid will be deducted from this amount.

After 2 consecutive no-shows, no further appointments will be accepted.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

Once your hairstyle is completed, please check before leaving the salon that everything meets your expectations.

After leaving the salon, no further adjustments can be made.

If you have any allergies or sensitivities to specific products, hair or extensions, please inform us before your appointment and specify which products or materials you cannot use.

PAYMENTS

Deposit: 50% — paid online when booking

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

 

Photos and/or videos may be taken during your appointment for Yayi’s Hairsalon social media and promotional content.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us before the service begins.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all of the above terms and conditions.

In particular, you acknowledge that the 50% deposit is non-refundable and that, when cancelling at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be converted into a credit/voucher valid for 3 months rather than refunded in cash or to your original payment method.
